The location of the Hyatt regency sha tin gives you the feeling of a quick getaway into the "woods" of HK. Many of the staff I suspect are interns from the neighbouring university. The famed Peking Duck is worth a try but I don't think it's any better or worse than those you come across at other on-par restaurants. The veggie dishes can be as pricey as the meat dishes which is, forgive my straightforwardness, a bit of a rip off. Overall speaking the taste of all items are quite heavy and salt

I would still return though, and try some other stuff on the menu (and the bar next door).
