JP Premium Grade... beef + rice !!

Back from business trip, and missing the nice food in Tsing Yi... and perfectly they have just get more than 10 new shops here in both Phase 1 and Phase 2... great for trying out ... in particular, this is not a local brand, but truly from Japanese Owner... worth taking a look. This is a prefect set up, as I just like talking about beef so much... good for steak lesson, and Japanese lesson as well.... while this Wagyu set is the reason for me to try this shop this time... amazing... very good an

... while this Wagyu set is the reason for me to try this shop this time... amazing... very good and premium grade of Wagyu beef from Takayama...  the melting time is perfect 2 second... steak taste is not strong, but for those who like to feel good with the Wagyu grease... go for it...

 While I was a bit jealous when my college took this one set, Kagoshima... as the strong taste and the great mix of fatty portion inside the 3 different parts are very very good.  Especially, I like the Ribeye part, as I was surprised that this can taste better and stronger than the Sirloin...  so, this one is great for those US beef lover... like myself...

 ... yet, the very reason to make this visit lovely should also be the rice... it's sweet, and chewy... not the same as other Japanese rice... so, when it mix with the oily beef, it's really nice...

 The Eel set I didn't try this time but was taken by the lady in the table... not bad.. and the quality of the eel is great too... texture is quite spongy ... I like it... though I can only take one bite... but I will surely come back for it, as it's so much cheaper than the beef set.. and so, value for money too...

Overall, it's quite a nice visit, portion is not bad too, and perfect for lunch...  and the great news is that, you don't need a electronic receipt for free parking... easier for most car owner... 

Lovely visit , I like it...
