I'm so furious. I purchased a voucher from HKTV Mall for a take away suckling pig but this awful restaurant refused to accept my voucher because their machine was not working and couldn't scan the barcode on the voucher.I spent 1 week calling and they just hanged up on me because they didn't speak English, when I finally got hold of a Chinese speaker who could call them and book the collection for me, these awful people refuse to honour the voucher I purchased. I spent 1 week calling and they just hanged up on me because they didn't speak English, when I finally got hold of a Chinese speaker who could call them and book the collection for me, these awful people refuse to honour the voucher I purchased. I couldn't print the voucher again and bring it back the day after because they voucher expired that day. I wasted too much time calling people who hanged up on me.
These people are untrustworthy and unreliable, god knows what goes in the food.
