There are tons of chaa chan tengs especially in this neighborhood and that might be the reason why it took me so long to discover this one. It is truly a gem and explains why there is always a queue outside even when other restaurants are completely empty. Their prices are very reasonable considering both quality and quantity, and the service isn't that bad at all. Hope it can stay here for at least a few years.
