This store has been in Yuen Long for many years and I finally tried it today. I saw some prevoius reviews and the amount of beef was not too sufficeint for the noodles. After seeing the menu, since I can pay $5 for a pure bowl of brisket/tendon/beef balls, I decided to order it.For $52, the bowl was filled with all the beef I mentioned. For $52, the bowl was filled with all the beef I mentioned. The tendon and brisket was really tender with the beef balls being quite springy. The soup was a tad salty but since it originally should have been served with noodles, this might be the reason. I would suggest unless you really need your carbs, just add a few more dollars to skip the noodles and have more beef products here instead.
