Horrible Service

We went to Bistro Seoul many times as we live nearby.  However, the quality of food has been deteriorating .  We went for a dinner before the Christmas but the food was cold (in particular the glass noodles) and the cod was undercooked.  We gave another try last week (early Feb).  However, again, the quality of the food is a disappointment and also the services is horrible.  We only ordered 2 simple dishes (glass noodles and kimchi pancake) but only glass noodles was served.  When we chased for

We went to Bistro Seoul many times as we live nearby.  However, the quality of food has been deteriorating .  We went for a dinner before the Christmas but the food was cold (in particular the glass noodles) and the cod was undercooked.  We gave another try last week (early Feb).  However, again, the quality of the food is a disappointment and also the services is horrible.  We only ordered 2 simple dishes (glass noodles and kimchi pancake) but only glass noodles was served.  When we chased for the food, the waitress said "sorry" and "I give you the bill"!!  We left the restuarant with hangry (hungry and angry)!  Never never go back again!
