SC Cuisine is a rather new homemade dim sum restaurant and is always packed with customers. As a yumcha fan, I gotta give it a try!The chef has previously worked in Tokyo Furama serving celebrities, several Michelin star restaurants in HK and supervised the kitchen of a couple restaurant chains.All dim sums were freshly made. •Sesame Ball - Coated in aromatic sesame which developed more roasted notes after being deep-fried

Before we realized we'd already ordered too much. Would love to order the beef balls and steamed rice rolls next time!
