My first impression of major districts in HK (i.e. CWB, Central, TST etc...) is that like all other things being sold, the prices for food will be at a premium; But in this case, boy was I wrong! This restaurant is hidden in Tang Lung Street inside the 6th floor of Circle Tower (which in itself is already well hidden). Today, though, a colleague of mine took me out to lunch at this restaurant and the fact that there's only 4 (at this moment in time) is a crime in itself!
We both ordered the lunch set for - Sliced Beef Ribs
To put it simply, this is definitely worthy of an encore!

Savoury Taste: I found the beef to be cooked to a respectable level; No burnt pieces, well marinated and still very juicy after the chef finished the process
Spacious Environment: This place doesn't feel optimized for maximum returns (reasonable for a business); My colleague and I had plenty of room to put our bags and even the space between tables are spread apart such that you won't feel cramped (i.e. Sardine Cans). That being said, the decor is nothing to write home about, but the atmosphere and gentle ambiance makes up for it
Excellent Value: Not much to say, let me describe what's included: Donburi, Japanese Salad, Calpis or Tea
No Wait Time: Not sure if it's because it's a weekday, but as a working HKer, I highly appreciate that I don't have to wait for lunch during the working day
To summarize, this is an excellent restaurant for a quick bite with a reasonable price tag, but delivers over what is expected from the aforementioned price tag; Both taste and environment.
