Been wanting to try out this place for a while now, and finally got the chance to recently! Was very impressed with their food and this might be a new go-to yakitori spot in Tsim Sha Tsui for me! 🐓 Pic 1️⃣: 煙燻雞肉丸 / Smoked Tsukune Meat Ball - $78 hkd 🐔 — Impressive presentation! The tsukune itself is well seasoned but could’ve done with a bit more tare in my opinion. There’s a nice smoky aroma to it that elevates the flavour of the chicken.
Pic 2️⃣: 低溫調理香蔥山椒雞胸肉 / Tender Chicken Breast Sous Vide with Spicy Sansho Pepper and Onion - $88 hkd
— Chicken breast was super tender and juicy, the sansho pepper was quite prominent but not overpowering. Flavours are quite mild and its served with this slightly acidic sauce which makes the dish very appetising.
Pic 3️⃣: 塩麹雞腿, 柚子雞肉串, 雞小腿肉 / Salt Koji Thigh, Yuzu Thigh, Achilles Tendon - $48, $48, $38 hkd
— Loved all of these! A favourite was definitely the salt koji thigh which was super flavourful and perfectly grilled.
Pic 4️⃣: 醬油蛋黃拌飯 / Raw Egg Over Rice with Soy Sauce - $38 hkd 🍳
— Finally tried this 😂 The egg yolk is pretty rich and had a smooth texture but it could do with a bit more soy sauce.
Pic 5️⃣: 豚肉芫荽卷 / Pork Belly & Coriander Roll - $58 hkd 🐷
— Pork belly was nice and fatty, perfect pairing with the coriander.
Pic 6️⃣: 雞牡蠣肉 / Chicken Oyster - $48 hkd
— Great seasoning, meat was juicy and tender.
Pic 7️⃣: 牛舌 / Beef Tongue - $58 hkd
— Amazing ox tongue, seasoning was on point and the meat was so tender.

— Grilled to a nice crispy exterior!
Pic 9️⃣: 厚切糖心番薯, 蘆筍 / Thick Cut Sweet Potato, Asparagus - $58, $38 hkd
— Both veggie skewers were so sweet and delicious!
Pic 🔟: 炸雞軟骨 / Fried Soft Bone - $58 hkd
— Not usually a fan of cartilage but I had to try it out! Really nicely fried with a light batter and well seasoned. Good to snack on!
