Since we were clearing our leave, we decided to pamper ourselves and have teppanyaki set. We knew of a high quality Japanese restaurant named Tora Tetsu Teppan Yaki. It was located at Macau Yat Yuen Centre, beside Sogo Causeway Bay.They have 4 choices for their 1 person set, thus we go for premium set C in the end, priced at $428 per person. Salad was fresh and crunchy, and tomato was sweet and juicy too, going well with the vinegar, making it appetizing.

Steamed egg with duck liver - A small piece of duck liver meat was placed in the steamed egg, thus the sweetness of the egg complimented nicely with the flavour of the duck liver. Steamed egg was very soft and smooth, served warm as well.

Smoked scallop in signature style - The waitress advised us to eat in the following steps, eat a mouthful of scallop without adding any seasoning, followed by dipping onto salt and eating the red wine with chrysanthemum jelly thereafter. Scallop was cooked with chrysanthemum, thus it has a strong scent of chrysanthemum and scallop was chewy and fresh.

Duck liver - A slice of green apple was placed below the duck liver, thus it combined nicely with the duck liver. The fatness of the duck liver blended nicely with the sweetness and sourness of green apple. A small slice of lime with sugar was provided at the side for us to chew onto it.

Australian beef tenderloin - Beef was cooked till just right, tender and juicy. A piece of mint leaves was placed below for us to eat with the beef, and it was refreshing in taste. Fried garlic was crunchy and flavourful and mixed vegetables of pumpkin, cucumber and mushroom was provided at the side.

Fried rice with duck liver - It was very fragrant and fried till chewy, not sticky at all. Portion was not too much, just enough to end off the whole meal.

Miso soup was clear and tasty, with generous portion of tofu cubes and cut seaweed.

We can choose either ice cream or coffee, and for ice cream, they have several flavours to choose from as well. I go for ginger flavour, which was not too common. It was refreshing and smooth, just the right amount of spiciness.
