DISHES:
🥩US prime short ribs - not so thin cut so recommend to cook for 30 seconds, very beefy and tender with quite even distribution of fat & meat. Can’t go wrong 😌
🍜Potato noodle - so and got a great chewy & springy texture 😋Absorb the broth super well so don’t cook in the spicy side if u got lower spice tolerance. Recommended!
🥚Cuttlefish paste - good texture as you can taste bits of cuttlefish mixed in with the paste. Prefer the beef ball as it is a better companion for the spicy broth.
🐟🍜 Fish noodles - for those who like this special type of noodles, not so common at hotpot but gotta love the chewy texture & fishy flavour with the spicy broth! 🌶️💯
😌Snow fungus red dates dessert - a special Uncle Fong start to the meal is to enjoy the warm & sweet 糖水 first! V soothing & warms the tummy 💯
