 The type of salami ham they used was just alright. We did like that they have added dried figs into the salad. Usually fresh figs would be used but dried figs would bring a sweeter taste. I am not a big fan of sweet stuff so I would suggest this salad for those who fancy a sweeter salad.

 The bisque looks very orangy. It tasted just like any other lobster bisque yet with a milder seafood taste. The meat wasn't too generous in the soup and the meat doesn't have a strong taste of lobster. Overall, the soup tasted okay though.

 I have had many baby porks in Hong Kong. I would have to say this one is less fatty than other ones, even it was still quite fatty to my liking lol. This is probably the best dish of the night. The meat was cooked perfectly. It was just barely cooked in the centre. It was juicy and soft inside but crispy outside. We would prefer a milder and less sweet sauce though since the apple sauce they provided tasted like processed. Overall, we loved the pork very much! Yummy!

 We liked that the alcohol tasted pretty prominent in this dish. The cake was moist and full of flavour. Although the ratio of the cream was slightly over, the cake inside still took the best part of the dessert. If there were less cream in the jar, it would have made this dessert a perfect finish of the night.
