This was my second time I visited this café and tried the same dish of 黑松露牛肝菌汁素雞片Stewed Angel Hair Pasta with sliced veggie chicken in mushroom & black truffle sauce ($70).With reference to my review on 24.2.18, the flavour this time was better than the first time while the accompaniments were lesser than before, only button mushroom and veggie chicken. With reference to my review on 24.2.18, the flavour this time was better than the first time while the accompaniments were lesser than before, only button mushroom and veggie chicken. But this time, there was a heap of black truffle atop while the first time did not have. Therefore, the taste of angel hair was satisfied with a hint of black truffle. Still, veggie chicken was full of flavour and I enjoyed much but a bit lesser than the first time in my memory. Though the sides were lesser but the taste had improvement. Therefore, it will be my choice next time.
