The Silvermine Beach Hotel Restaurant is located in the Lantau Island, it's a nice surprise to find such restaurant with reasonable price, yummy food and nice environment. There's actually a balcony where you can sit outside to enjoy the very nice Sea view and fresh air. I went there with my family for weekend Holiday and celebration the mother's day. I went there with my family for weekend Holiday and celebration the mother's day. The dinner Buffet. Food quality is unexpectedly good. Presentation is attractive. Pricing's reasonable. Dinner BBQ Buffet with unlimited Beer and Soft Drinks as about Hk$ 210 . per person. Waitress are friendly and energetic coz most of them are young. I wonder if they do private party as the size of the restaurant can hold around 150 – 200 people and it's a wonderful place to do parties.
Overall, it's a great place to hang out with friends. I will surely go back again.
