Had a gathering dinner with my boyfriend tonight here. This is our first time trying this hotpot place. I booked a table at 7:30pm tonight and there was no waiting time. The ambient is spacious I think. The restaurant is located on 23/f of a commercial building, so you can even get a clear view of Mong Kok if you sit close by the window. Their signature dish here is “chicken pot” 雞煲. It is basically a pot of chicken. You can choose whole or half chicken. We chose a whole pot of chicken, actually it was a lot of two of us, so if you wanna book a table of two, I suggest half of chicken is enough.
There are also different favor and cook style to choose from. We ordered a scallop fish belly chicken soup base, finished the chicken meat and staff will proceed to add soup for your hotpot journey. The price looks a little but on an expensive side however the quality of food is good and justify for the price. Deep fried beancurd (響玲) the one that look like spring roll, is really good. It was freshly made by the restaurant upon order.
Happy to come back again and would recommend it for friend or family gathering.
