My friend treated me a nice dinner in TST. She chose this Steakhouse in hotel, so we enjoyed a nice evening there.The Assorted Bread before came before appetiser, particularly liked the garlic toast. The others were also fresh and crunchy.Appetiser I picked the French Barbary Duck Variation. The Duck croquettes were well made, deep-fried crispy with intense duck flavour inside, but not too dry. The smoked duck breast was comparatively soft and juicy, the right balance of smokiness and delicacy.M

My friend recommended to order the Lobster Bisque, and so I did. The soup was made to order in front of our table, even with a flambé action which surprised me. The taste was very rich and really worth the wait.
Main course was the Rib Eye from Australia. The plate didn’t look fancy, but the taste certainly made the dish a great one. Perfectly grilled to medium-rare, juicy and tender. The Rosti Potato also paired the steak well.
Crepes Suzette is our dessert of the night. Another chance for us to witness the table side flambé service and I can really smell the Grand Marnier from afar. Such a steakhouse of great quality and service.
