The tapas combination is well-designed, with the olive and cheese mix in the middle. The meat is very soft and fresh, the skin of tbe spatchcock is crunchy.

The blue mussels were also good but the sauce seems too little for us, this made tbe dish a little bit on dry side, the seasoning was not too salty.
