Great Dipping Ramen

My B and I were trying dipping ramen all around Hong Kong.We arrived at around 9 and there were still a number of people waiting outside the shop.We had waited for about 30 minutes before we got into the shop.  The shop was really small with only 10 to 15 seats.  櫻花蝦沾麵 was great and unique.  The soup was thick enough to adhere on the dipping ramen. The 櫻花蝦 was of a great taste (though I thought they were a bit salty) and it matched perfectly with the ramen.  The pork was freshly made and it tast

 櫻花蝦沾麵 was great and unique.  The soup was thick enough to adhere on the dipping ramen. The 櫻花蝦 was of a great taste (though I thought they were a bit salty) and it matched perfectly with the ramen.  The pork was freshly made and it tasted like bacon.  The ramen was a thick one and it tasted like udon.  

Although the dining experience was not really nice as the place was too crowded but the dipping ramen was great and above par.
