Service: Very polite staffs, but I could hear that they broke two amenities during the first 30min of my visit
Food: We ordered the bread with bone marrow, octopus, beef tartare, short rib, pigeon, and cod.
The bottom crust of the home made bread that comes with the bone marrow is way too thick and hard. I am not an expert in pastry/ bread but it is inedible should not be served. This basically ruined the whole meal.
Beef tartare mixed with oyster? I tried to appreciate it but I couldn’t.
Wagyu beef short rib is good, and they made the texture just right.
Others are mediocre.
Lots of room to improve.
