there is a new dinner set for 2, costing $468. 1. shrimp salad: had one large shrimp divided into two. frozen shrimp only. 2. 清湯shark fin: there are many sharp fin. i don't like the shark fin expecially the soup like 'sauce'. but this one is really quite good. 3. 燕窩蟹肉石榴: quite many 燕窩on the top. there are crab meat, celery etc inside a 'flour sheet' wrapped into a shape like 石榴. quite interesting. 4. steamed garoupa: very large for two person. it is very fresh. i think it cost over $300 if ord

5. deep fried BB pigeon: the pigeon is also not small. crispy.
6. 瑤柱蛋白炒反:we are too full to have the rice and have to take away.
7: the 楊枝甘露is different from other dessert restaurant. it is mango juice plus some mango, sago and pomelo only. quite good too. 白糖糕,紅豆糕is so so.
overall, it is very enjoyable dinner. there is 15% discount with HSBC credit card now.
