A pleasant return for a late breakfast. The cashier was lovely and smiley despite my caffeine-starved manner (meaning that I got my words all mixed up), and even though I had a buzzer which would have told me when to go and collect my order, the young waiter brought my coffee and bagel to me as soon as they were prepared in two separate trips. It's a small thing but this little act of service means a huge amount in Hong Kong. He could have stood at the bar and played with his phone like a large majority of wait staff do and I would have thought it totally normal. The service here is noticeably better than comparably priced coffee chains in my experience.

The coffee was satisfying, somehow the flavour and consistency reminds me of European coffee, maybe it's the type of milk used. The bagel was good too, grilled until just crispy enough. When it first arrived it was too hot to hold, but after cooling down it was good, enough chew and enough crunch.
