Came here as I found a 50% off the food menu reservation through an app. The decor, limited menu and seating are an excellent replica of its original Japanese branch. which is famous for their shrimp infused soup bases. The decor, limited menu and seating are an excellent replica of its original Japanese branch. which is famous for their shrimp infused soup bases. I ordered the spicy miso ebisoba with a side of oyster mushrooms. The noodles themselves were cooked well and al dente, while the soup was full of flavour and not overly salty (which I have found in other ramen/soba restaurants in HK), the charsu and half boiled egg was decent and I really enjoyed the textural crunch of the ginger tempura garnished on top. The mushrooms were also tasty. Would recommend especially if you can get a discount through the app. With a side of extra noodles, my total bill came out to be $69.
