Tai Hing has became one of my favourite place for dinner these day. They have my favourite dishes and food arrive very quick. Sweet and sour pork was alright. The pork was crispy and tender. There were lots of pineapples and cucumbers. The sauce was not too sour. The onion was a bit under-cook though. My all-time favourite eggplants and minced pork with salted fish hot pot was delicious. Steamed pompano in black bean sauce came last, the fish was nicely cooked. The fish was fresh and I love the texture of this fish very much. It was very soft to eat and tasted so nice with the black bean sauce.
