Mandarin, is my most favorite place. I like the lounge, cake shop, restaurant and of course, this bar on the 25/F.I went there at night for drinks, around 10pm there were already quite many people and was a bit noisy.They serve really nice drinks and the view is stunning.. it makes me stay longer in this bar with the nice atmosphere.One time I went there at lunch and there was a set menu of dim-sum with chinese tea.The dim-sum was great, just enough portion for one and only a few tables were occ

The staff was nice and friendly. I will go back hopefully soon.
