My partner and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fable, and the food left us really satisfied. We opted for the Homemade Chicken Liver Parfait as a starter and the Lobster Soup. The rich, velvety texture spread beautifully on the toasted bread, setting the bar high for the rest of the meal.Our love for seafood led us to the Classic French Mariniere Mussels. For our main courses, I had the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni 😋, while my partner enjoyed the Avocado Fettucine 😍. Both dishes were very well executed with the fresh pasta perfectly al dente. The Spicy Vodka Rigatoni offered a delightful balance of heat and creaminess, and the homemade avocado pesto sauce was silky, fresh, and incredibly flavourful.
The evening was perfectly paired with a recommended Riesling white wine that elevated our dining experience. 🍷
