Very lousy service. My 2nd time ordering takeaway from this store. Ordered Nasi Lemak and this dish is known for its chilli sauce. When I first ordered this dish, they did not give me the chilli sauce. I did not make a fuss then. However, today I order this dish again and specifically mentioned about wanting the chilli sauce. I even ordered another coconut rice because I like the chilli sauce. When I called them I made a very specific request saying that I want the chilli sauce and need more of
My 2nd time ordering takeaway from this store. Ordered Nasi Lemak and this dish is known for its chilli sauce. When I first ordered this dish, they did not give me the chilli sauce. I did not make a fuss then.
However, today I order this dish again and specifically mentioned about wanting the chilli sauce. I even ordered another coconut rice because I like the chilli sauce. When I called them I made a very specific request saying that I want the chilli sauce and need more of it because I ordered additional rice.
When I collected my order I asked them again about the sauce and they told me not to worry and that it is definitely there. However, when I got home the dish did not have a single drop of chilli sauce in it.
When I called to ask they strongly denied and refuse to provide me with the chilli sauce. They even tried to push my request away saying they are very busy and cannot entertain my request.
It is true that their food is good but having such arrogant staff they don’t care about after service is quite bad customer experience.
Some may think my request seems very small but I did travel down specifically to get their food and made very specific requests. What I am unhappy about is that they made the same mistake twice. Not only that they refuse to rectify their error. This is unacceptable to me.
