Went there at a recommendation of a S'pore friend who works in Hong Kong. The first impression of the place - very tastefully done. We went there on 28/12 - at about 2pm and 10.30 pm Very well patronised, had a queue at both times, but was ushered to our seats within 5 mins of waiting. Wanted to come back at 10.30 pm to try more dessert - was ushered to our seats again within 5 mins. Waited for 20 mins - no actions, despite of repeated reminder. Guess the staff was busy and the kitchen cannot cope at 10.30 pm - it was still running full house. We noticed that the same staff that served us at 2pm was still there at 11pm. We really felt that even though Hong Kong is known for their OT (over time) - tiredness over the christmas crowd is showing up when you run a full house at 11pm - we guess. We must applause the quality and the skill that goes into the food but the staff especially the kitchen ones are over worked during the festive holidays. Otherwise, good job 糖朝, 加油
