Wasn't too busy in the afternoon and my friend asked me to go for tea and I picked this place based on the rating on open rice. I like going to the old style HK cafe. I ordered an egg tart and a sponge cake (the waiter recommended this) and a hot milk tea. The environment is pretty old, but that's the reason why we picked this place. The food is actually not the greatest, but it's hard to find such old traditional feel in a big city like Hong Kong. Egg tart was cold, not too sweet, the crust was not crunchy anymore, but it tasted ok. The sponge cake was not very smooth, felt more like a home-made kind of cake, not too sweet, and it tasted better with a cup of hot milk tea. There weren't that many things on the menu - sandwiches and noodles, very simple. It's worth a visit if you like the old and traditional feel. The place closes at 6pm though.
