Killing a duck just two of us is madness but that's what we did. Just me and my husband we ordered a whole Peking duck and some duck tongues. The Peking duck is roasted perfectly crispy outside and tender inside. Not too much fat so I decided to eat with the skin. We didn't finish it all at the end and still a full box to take home.
