Dirty dishes are left on the table for a long time before the waiters would collect them. Some of the remaining dishes are piled up but not collected, and their contents spilled onto the table top. The moment a dimsum cart comes out of the kitchen the customers would stand up and rush to grab the food. The floor felt greasy and slippery. If that is your idea of local colors, by all means go. Otherwise, don't.
