爸爸每日都係到飲茶,相識滿天地,今日陪佢嚟,一齊感受下傳統風味,門面已經係古式古香,唔怪之得咁多遊客嚟,入到去雖然迫但又充滿人情味,水滾茶靚,叔叔們拎住大水煲幫茶客沖茶,推車仔叫點心,出面搵唔到啦 繼續閱讀

香港舊式茶樓,蓮香居都算係非常出名的了,香港人外國人遊客都必定會來試試。響咁繁忙嘅餐廳裏面,夥計仲肯主動幫客人找位置,都唔係真係講到舊夥計咁火爆啫。每當一有新嘅點心車仔推出嚟,食吓個個都必定帶埋點心卡一擁而上,睇吓有冇自己啱食嘅點心再攞返埋位。先搶到嘅係咖喱魷魚,內有牛筋同埋麵筋,由於咖喱味唔入味嘅關係,魷魚點彈牙,牛筋幾淋同麵筋本身幾索味都變咗冇乜用了。阿姐極力推介嘅豬潤燒賣,仲話呢碟係最靚嗰客。舊式嘅點心多數都係三高,當然呢度嘅燒賣都係肥豬肉勁多,入面有隻蝦仁仔,味道都還可以,不過面頭嘅豬潤就又乾又實。不過朋友就話嗰啲蒸出來的水好香,直頭當豬膶湯咁飲咗。再跟住就係蒸魚雲同埋棉花雞,魚雲味道不明,魚肉霉淋,好在唔腥。棉花吸嘅湯汁味道都幾好,嗰塊比梳打粉發到化哂嘅瘦肉我真係無食。最後仲搶咗籠奶皇包,舊式嘅奶皇包裏面係好似漿糊咁一pat pat,味道都尚算唔錯,不過我真係可能食慣咗新式嘅流心奶黃包了。 繼續閱讀

滿心期待上午九點幾去到 無疑馬拉糕係幾好食 而想叫既免切叉燒飯十點先有 唯有叫住其他點心先啦 點知點左黎到睇相係幾靚 細個兩舊都食得出新鮮整有蜜味燶邊肥肥地 點知最大塊個舊係最難食 又硬又乾柴都拎得出黎😔有無搞錯 駛唔駛賺到盡呀 我都未食過咁難食既「叉燒」個時既感覺真係好無奈 晨早去食隔夜貨 好明顯唔係即燒既貨色 睇生果日報教色水淺代表擺得太耐 而細既兩舊顏色深有光澤 真係天同地比呀最後太唔知點無叫伙記黎 最後都係失望咁走人 成大舊放係度 無下次 唔想伏真係唔好去啦 繼續閱讀

Went there on a Sunday lunchtime and it was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table. Service is quick, you just go with your bill and get what you want from waitresses, they stamp your bill and you pay at the end. Great selection of food. I don't know the proper names for what we had but description wise: We had pork buns, minced pork balls, carved fish, rice rolls and chicken on the bone. Plenty for lunch and it came to $100 each. Would recommend the place, it was very friendly and easy to understand with no Cantonese. 繼續閱讀
