Disappointing dining!

We were 4 persons, arrived at 6:20 pm. Half the seats at the restaurant were reserved for guests supposedly arriving at 7:00 pm. Meanwhile, we were waiting outside for a good half hour before a table was vacated for us. The Caesars salad was not very fresh and neither was the other salad. The octopus was so fishy you had to spit it out! The two plates of pasta we ordered came in less than 7 mn. Barely hot and disappointingly dry which tells you that the pasta sauce was not cooked but likely

It was a public holiday and a large sign on their door clearly said No Reservations on public holidays!
