My friend recommended me to visit this Japanese Teppanyaki in D2 place, I would like to give it a try, so we have ordered two different sets, one is one person, whereas the other set is good for two persons. For the one person set, it first comes with an appetitive of greenhouse vegetables salad and the snail, which is pretty tasty. And then we had the prawn, Japanese scallop, white horsehead, A5 Kagoshima wagyu beef steak, fried rice, fried vegetables, fish soup and ended with tofu ice cream. M

And then we had the prawn, Japanese scallop, white horsehead, A5 Kagoshima wagyu beef steak, fried rice, fried vegetables, fish soup and ended with tofu ice cream. My favourite would be the prawn, especially the prawn paste, it's well flavoured. For me, the A5 wagyu beef steak is too fatty.
The other set is the deluxe lobster Teppanyaki course for two persons. For this we had fresh lobster, it was scrumptious. There were Japanese scallop, white horsehead, Japanese whelk, sliced beef, Spanish Iberian pork. I especially like the whelk, it was chewy. The rest like fried rice, fried vegetables, fish soup were the same as the one person set.
Overall, the taste of each were pretty good, yet would be much better if less salty. On the other hand, the ventilation system need to be improved as soon as possible. I was like breathing in all those cooking oils and fumes and smokes while I was having every single dish.
Apart from that, as it was a friend's birthday celebration, we have asked the floor manager to pre-arrange a complimentary birthday mini-cake in advance, however, when the service attendant passed to my friend, she said "they told me it's your birthday" in a poor attitude. Honestly, it was my first time to hear such a phrase, normally most service attendant would say "Happy Birthday" to the birthday person directly. I believe this was something that should be look into as well, after all, nowadays it's not only about food, it's about the whole customer journey that made them decide whether they would patronise the restaurant again.
