D2 place 有間新開嘅鐵板燒 仲有omakase可以食 今次我就揀左龍蝦二人前鐵板燒 沙律:高糖度蕃茄配日本野菜前菜:花螺 醋漬鰻魚 日本滑子菇刺身三點:深海池魚,右口魚,中拖羅 全部都好新鮮 件中拖羅入口即溶 油脂分布好平均蛋白鹽焗蛤蜊:鐵板上鋪左一層蛋白鹽嚟焗一陣就開口ga la 好鮮味 個殼度嘅汁都唔好浪費要飲埋佢呀煙燻稻草帶子:師傅會用火燒一燒最底層嘅稻草 然後焗住佢做煙燻效果 帶子上面有新鮮昆布溝日本白蘿蔔做醬 一路食都仲有好香煙燻味呀白金鯛 金鱗燒:先炸後煎 令到佢塊皮完全卜卜脆 食落非常香口 下面仲有支豆薯蓉汁可以一齊食 龍蝦:新鮮龍蝦一上枱仲係識郁ga 用左龍蝦膏龍蝦頭嚟做汁 咩調味都唔洗落已經好正 龍蝦肉質彈牙 啖啖肉好滿足A5宮崎和牛蔥蒜卷 和牛嘅雪花好靚 我鍾意食無咁熟 咁入面仲係粉粉地色 和牛包住蔥同埋蒜片係入面一齊食 好香蒜味同時又唔會搶左和牛嘅牛味 鯛魚湯:坊間大部分都係普通麵豉湯 呢個濃濃的魚湯好有誠意 有豐富嘅骨膠原 仲有炒飯同炒野菜 唔怕唔夠飽焦糖多士 好香牛油味 上面烤到脆哂嘅焦糖好正🍈甜品係日本夕張蜜瓜 超級甜 食到呢度好圓滿

[ 繼 TSUGU ]上次係長沙灣D2 Place二期食完Omakase天婦羅及和牛壽喜燒,發現隔離鋪位都有間日式🇯🇵料理餐廳,主打兩個主題:傳統日式鐵板燒、刺身及壽司。✿ 雪場蟹二人前 $2780 (2位)午市及晚市有幾個鐵板燒套餐,而呢個套餐特別在於食到日本北海道鱈場蟹及日本A5和牛。1.沙律🥗日本水果蕃茄🍅香甜多汁,日本水菜🌱配酸汁夠哂開胃,口感清脆。2.前菜三小碟有磯煮花螺、日式鰻魚配醃青瓜、蟹肉滑子菇配櫻花蝦,擺盤精緻有日式風味。3.海鮮日本大蛤🇯🇵每隻鮮地蛤都好大隻,比一般蜆厚肉。師傅係鐵板上以鹽焗方式烹煮地蛤,蛤肉鮮甜,海水味濃郁。北海道鱈場蟹(約1kg)🇯🇵🦀師傅將鱈場蟹烤至半熟後細心地拆殼,取出蟹肉後用火槍燒熟,坐係鐵板面前聞到陣陣香濃蟹肉味。蟹肉份量都幾多,火候控制恰當,能夠鎖住蟹肉鮮甜肉汁,啖啖肉非常彈牙😋。石斑魚🐟師傅以鐵板烤熟石斑魚肉後,將魚皮片起,另按壓煎熟。師傅係粟米魚湯汁上面放上石斑魚肉及魚皮,擺盤細緻。魚肉口感扎實,魚皮煎得非常香脆。燒魚鮫🐟魚骹肉質結實有彈性,燒後逼出豐富油脂及膠質。4.肉類🥩可選擇日本A5和牛、澳洲羊架或者西班牙黑豚。日本A5和牛排🇯🇵🐮好厚切。師傅以海鹽、黑椒輕輕調味,以鐵板烹調至7成熟,鎖住肉汁,最後師傅將和牛排切成一口牛,方便進食。和牛油脂分佈平均,肉質鮮嫩多汁。伴碟嘅炸蒜片🧄蒜味濃郁,口感香脆。5.炒飯/熱烏冬/冷稻庭🍚🍜鐵板炒飯炒得粒粒金黃色,乾身有嚼勁,好香蛋味同蔥花味。6.湯品🥣以舞茸菇煲湯,菇味香濃。7.炒野菜🌱🥬混合數種日本野菜炒成。此時,店員呈上熱焙茶☕️,有助消滯解膩,非常貼心。8.焦糖麵包🍞師傅在白麵包上塗滿薄薄白砂糖,兩面白麵包燒至金黃色,香脆帶焦糖味,唔會太甜。9.日本水果/日本雪糕🇯🇵時令日本生果蜜瓜🍈及提子🍇多汁清甜,今餐非常滿足🥰。總結🫦 餐廳鐵板餐料理用料矜貴高級,師傅只用菜油、海鹽、黑椒等簡單調味,帶出食材鮮味。除咗鐵板燒,刺身及壽司同樣有吧枱及包廂,環境舒適。✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿繼 TSUGU地址:荔枝角長順街15號D2 Place二期3樓309-310號舖電話:3706 7703✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿

今日朋友帶我嚟食抵食嘅午市鐵板燒,午市套餐只係$360,咁抵食梗係要來試吓啦。套餐入面包括咗牛柳,蝦,鱈魚,鵝肝,炒飯,嚴午餐嚟計,相當豐富,師傅技術好純熟,坐喺吧枱位睇住,真係一種享受。食材嘅質素絕對對得起佢嘅價錢,物超所值,我嘅生熟程度控制得好好,牛柳相當腍,有牛味,油嘅香氣,令人食指大動。多士吸收咗鵝肝嘅油,兩者互相平衡,油而不膩。最後炒飯質素依然有水準,原本已經飽嘅我,都食晒成碗。如果想平平哋食鐵板燒,絕對推薦嚟繼食午市套餐!

Omakase for lunch!! Well, this is absolutely a first!! 🤩🤩 In the heart of Lai Chi Kok, in an inconspicuous part in D2 Two, is an elegant storefront to welcome its guests to a pleasant Omakase or a teppanyaki meal! 😍The menu is short and simple with your choice varying in how hungry you are (that is, how many pieces you want to eat 😎) at an approachable price. Their chefs are clearly masters at their craft with their mutual support being very clean and precise. From prepping our meal all the way to serving up our meal while explaining the core of each piece and the texture we should taste!! 🤩🤩 Enormous respect to the chefs! 🫡We had the full course meal with 15 perfectly hand rolled pieces of sushi!! 🤤 Though we don’t remember the exact fishes we were served, but the whole experience was incredibly memorable! The oily fish sensation, the creamy shrimp, sea urchin with practically no fishy taste, but the freshness pushes through! 😍😍Our chef was delightful too while in between preparing our meals, he would interact and give us more insight on the ingredients he’s using!! 🤩For sure, we will be back! 😎 Whether it’s for birthdays or other celebrations or just even for an extended lunch 🙊 (Expect a meal time of 3 hours)!

今日放工,同同朋友去食鐵板燒,就響D2 Place,包咗成間房,個人認為環境一流,成張吧枱都係我哋10幾個朋友,座位有晒軟墊,坐得舒服。為免我哋拎住個袋唔方便食嘢,餐廳仲安排咗個箱俾我哋放袋,貼心。呢度嘅食材全部都好新鮮,望住成個煮食嘅過程,都係一種享受。食咗好多嘢,但有部份我想特別推介:第一樣特別推介嘅係蒜片牛肉,我睇住廚師炒蒜片,一路炒,炒到佢變金黃色,炒到佢香脆,之後問我想牛肉要幾成熟,再包住啲蒜片,送上碟等我享用。一咬落去,啲牛肉汁喺個口裏面流晒出嚟,再配埋香脆嘅蒜片,好食到震。第二樣推介嘅係帶子,帶子煮得啱啱好,好彈牙,配埋上面個汁食,好夾!第三樣推介嘅係龍蝦,龍蝦好新鮮,煮之前我仲見到佢郁嚟郁去。廚師將龍蝦個頭同個身分開,拆肉出嚟煮 ,重唔浪費啲蝦膏,煮埋放返上啲龍蝦肉上面俾我哋食,龍蝦彈牙,啲蝦膏又香,真係極級享受。第四樣推介嘅係鮑魚,鮑魚仲大過我隻手掌,廚師放上鐵板上煮,見到隻鮑魚郁郁下。食嘅時候,鮑魚一啲都唔韌,爽口又好味!第五樣推介係香煎魚肉,舊魚廚師煎到外面啱啱好脆,啲肉有保持香滑,正正正!最後一樣推介嘅係多士,透露年齡系列,呢個多士嘅煮法令我好懷念,廚師先係鐵板上面放上牛油,牛油溶化之後放上砂糖,再放多士,呢個係我細個時候嘅煮法,塊多士有脆又甜,回憶嘅味道👅其實其他嘢都好好食,前菜、湯、炒飯等等 都係最佳享受。
