It was served in a really big pot and it used many ingredients to slowly boil it. As a result, the soup was tasty and clear, absorbing the essence of the ingredients. After drinking, my whole body began to heat up and was much more comfortable.
Beijing style roasted duck - Like a typical Beijing roasted duck, it was served with a basket of steamed skin roll for us to wrap the duck meat and sliced cucumber and sauce to go along with it. The skin was roasted till thin and crispy and the meat was juicy and tender. It goes well with the skin roll and sauce provided.
Sabah giant grouper - People who loved to eat fish will know that Sabah giant grouper was one of the better tasting fishes. It was known for it s sheer size and meaty meat. It was steamed till the fish was soft and smooth, easily removing from its bone.
Seafood pot dish - There were several ingredients in it such as vegetables, prawns, squids, crabmeat and scallops etc. As the soup was cooked with so many seafood, it was sweet and tasty. Vermicelli was smooth and chewy and the vegetables were crunchy. Seafood was fresh and chewy as well.
