Although the waiters are elderly, their service was excellent. They served us 'with their heart'. I love the food there. I added an extra $60 for oyster, soup of the day + tea/offee for my set menu. The oyster was quite fresh, and the soup was lobster bisque. Loved it so much. Would be even better if the soup was served hotter. I had lamb rack. My hubby had grilled seafood combination - there was prawn, scallops, salmon and vegetable. Was served nicely and he said it was very tasty.
We then ordered the Uncle Gingko dessert....the serve was more than enough for the two of us. In fact, it could be shared amongst the four person. The dessert was quite special - the egg white was just right (not too sweet), but I don't quite like the stuffing inside.
