Dodam Chicken not only offers Korean fried chicken but also oven-baked chicken. Went to the CWB shop before and was pretty impressed by the food quality. This time we visited the Kwun Tong shop right next to APM.Dodam salad was made with veggies, nuts, raisin, pineapple, corn and kidney beans. Oven-baked chicken was just as delicious. Cooked and seasoned on point. Juicy meat. Thin layer of slightly crispy skin. The chicken itself had quite a lot of fat which gave it a smooth and tender texture. The pickled radish was a good refreshment.
Ginseng chicken soup also differed from the typical version. Boiled with abalone. Instead of rice-stuffed whole chicken, they used chicken legs as the main ingredient. Rich and satisfying soup.
