My friend just got promoted and this was his treat(will miss you here).Their appetizers was a great start. The amount of of fat in the char siu is just right. The light flavors of the prawn was complemented well by the stronger caviar.The soup came next and you can see there was no oil on top yet it was really rich.The top of the crab filling was really crunchy and as you can see there was plenty of crab meat inside stuffed like a hill.The lobster was springy but the flavors of this dish was no

The soup came next and you can see there was no oil on top yet it was really rich.
The top of the crab filling was really crunchy and as you can see there was plenty of crab meat inside stuffed like a hill.
The lobster was springy but the flavors of this dish was not too prominent. What may have happened was that it was served right after two strongly flavored dishes(the soup and crab shell). Maybe serving it after he appetizers would do the trick.
Wagyu was excellent.
However, their braised vegetables were just as impressive. It was almost like having noodles with crab sauce.
Sweetness of both desserts were great but at the same time the flavors were a bit similar. The coconut flavor or the ginger flavor could be slightly more prominent to make the distinction stronger.
