Its another Friday night, and me and my fds picked Amelia for the first time and wishing to have a wonderful dining experience there.The atmosphere of Amelia is perfect for fds gathering, which already give us a good start of the night, however the reasons why we would not coming back again are the food they serve, those dishes are lack of flavor.The blue mussel is overcooked, and the dressing is too sour and salty. The home made bread with bone marrow was not bad, but nothing special.
Bomba Rice with Mushroom and white Asparagus: Rice cooked perfectly however there's peas in it which the menu hasn't mentioned the peas as part of the ingredients at all, and the portion of the peas are way too much! Flavor wise, it was very bland, and tasteless.
Australian Wagyu short rib with black garlic, grilled seasonal greens and pinenuts: The only kinda ok dish of the night, dressing is wonderful, but the short ribs are slightly overcooked.
Overall, don't think Amelia worth the price on the quality and flavor of the food.
