Came here for my friend’s birthday dinner and we were quite impressed by the fusion dishes at Ming Bistro.Our fav was the pork knuckle below. The portion was HUGE and the pork was well seasoned. The dishes below were not as good. The fried milk and fried fish fillets were way too salty. The latter wasn’t even good to eat... had to drink loads of water after one bite.

This cute mahjong dessert was really cute! However, it definitely looked better than it tasted... Those ‘mahjongs’ were completely tasteless...
