First time to taste the dishes here with my ex-colleagues, to catch up and have a nice party. We ordered the Broken Eggs “Huevos Rotos” for appetiser, the combination of sunny side up and jam never fails, as the Iberian and chorizo brought oil and flavour to the eggs and mushrooms at the bottom.Black Rice is the rice cooked with squid ink, pairing with charcoal grilled calamari. Black Rice is the rice cooked with squid ink, pairing with charcoal grilled calamari. The rice was chewy and flavourful, the calamari was also well seasoned and tender. Nice match!
We chose the Eggplant Fries as side. The honey and garlic-kimuchi sauce as dip paired the deep-fried eggplant so well. The fries are crispy outside yet so juicy inside! Yum!
