Joined gourmet staycation package at hyatt Sha Tin for a night and enjoyed 30% dining discount at Sha Tin 18. Came for Peking duck!!I’m big fan of ST18 Peking duck, which skin used to melt perfectly in mouth when served with sugar topping (used to score 100). It had been a while since my last dining there before that staycation. Not sure if the the duck was not fat enough nor roasted enough. The duck skin did not give the melting texture. 😢But overall, the dish was not bad. (No comparison no har
