The signature dessert has pretty much everything I ask for. All the different kinds of rice balls and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I am not sure about the tofu being in there but the rice balls made it up. It wasn’t too sweet so it was easy to eat. The kitchen staff noticed I was looking around and asked if I needed anything. Pretty observant. Looking foreword to my next visit.
