I have always heard that cakes from here are worldclass which I think is fair given it is Mandarin Oriental.I was going to order a 3 pounds cake for a fd's birthday party and asked about the delivery arrangement.As our party will be held in the afternoon, I asked if delivery could be arranged at around 430pm to 5pm. Astonishingly, the cake shop only offers devliery "TIME SLOT", which is either AM or PM. For the pm slot, it will be "ANYTIME BETWEEN 2PM to 5PM WITH NO GUARANTEE"......Could you bel

Could you believe this level of service is offered from a so called 5 star hotel?
I ended up ordering the cake from Cova - when the cake arrived sharp at 435pm.
