I order the burger, fries and beer. Beer and burger arrive first. 7mins later the fries arrive (I've never been anywhere where fries doesn't come same time as burger). Burger is pre-cut in halves which I rarely ever see. I enjoy eating a full, not cut burger, with both hands. Burger patty is thick. As I bite into it, expecting it full of flavour, it's a bland taste. Also, it's one of those burgers that as you bite into it, it leaves a sloppy mess below. I ask for napkins and the staff seems to hear it, yet nobody brings it.
I ask where's the washroom and when I return after, my fries are gone! Staff removed my fries, which I ate only 1/3 of it. Later they apologized, but it's too late.
Note, on Openrice this place's estimated price is HKD$50-100. Completely false, as my basic meal costs ~$175.
