To beat the dinner rush crowd, I decided to have a quick dinner before heading back home. Thai Chef Thais Restaurant was a popular Thai restaurant located at Tung Choi Street, few minutes walk from Mongkok MTR.They served a wide range of food such as appetizers, snacks, skewers, rice or noodles, drinks and desserts etc. They even have a take away skewer cart located outside the shop, as it seemed to be popular for take away. As the virus worsen, the staff paid special attention to take our temperature and provide sanitizers for us.
Iced longan drink - It was sweet and cooling, and there are several longan in it. It was chewy and juicy.
I ordered pork satay, chicken satay and charcoal chicken wing. The portion was huge in size and was grilled till juicy and charred in taste. The satay sauce was sweet and flavourful.
Fried noodles pork neck with chilli paste - It was fried till very flavourful, with strong wok hei smell. Hor fun was chewy and smooth, and pork neck was chewy as well.
