Birdie is hands down the best yakitori in my opinion, I find the seasoning of the skewers here are a little on the heavier side compared to the other yakitori joints in town, it's how I like it but it really depends on personal preference. My favourites are definitely the tsukune and corn, the deep fried chicken wing is also better than the normal wing. Can skip the pancetta mozzarella roll, it's not bad but it's literally just ham and cheese. I would focus on trying the chicken items. ⭐️Tsukune
