Came here with my parents for a special dinner night out. We picked the Intercontinental as we've had some great dining experiences here. Our thoughts on the buffet:1) GREAT SEAFOOD SELECTION: from lobster, few diff kind of crabs, diff kind of shrimp, abalone, mussels, sashimi, you name it, they have it. Only thing is they don't have fresh oysters which they already told us when we made our reservations2) THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DESSERT BAR: It was heaven! I wish I didn't eat so much so I could tr

2) THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DESSERT BAR: It was heaven! I wish I didn't eat so much so I could try all the different desserts that they offered. It was unbelievable.
3) VIEW AND AMBIENCE: Well, c'mon right we're at the Intercon so our view was right at the victoria harbour and very comfortable.
4) EXTRA TOUCHES: Welcome drink, I got the kiwi juice and also a tea/coffee choice at the end of the meal, which I had to reject because I could not fit in anymore...
It was an expensive meal, for Sunday night we paid $880 per head but I think for special occasions, its very very worth it.
DEFINITELY COMING BACK!
