Waited 59 minutes for the meal even though there was hardly any people. When the pasta finally arrived, it was both BURNED AND UNCOOKED. It tasted like eating coal and was still mostly hard and crunchy. The pizza was just okay.... Staff insisted that we sit next to the cash register even though there was many better tables. Staff kept gathering around the and talking to each other, mostly asking each other where certain table numbers were cause they clearly had no training. The open plan kitchen
Staff insisted that we sit next to the cash register even though there was many better tables. Staff kept gathering around the and talking to each other, mostly asking each other where certain table numbers were cause they clearly had no training.
The open plan kitchen is nice, but you can see the chefs doing nothing except using their phones and not preparing our food.
3 different staff came to us to clarify what we ordered (a pizza, salad and pasta - nothing customised) because apprantly its too difficult for them to know after someone orders.
No one apologised to us for having to wait too long. Heard a few other tables complaining about the wait too. One man next to us was furious, but staff brushed him off because they don't care that guests need to wait an hour at pizza "express" lab.
Still got no idea why it's a lab. A sign outside said its brand new experience and the first in Asia. But the menu is the same, nothing special.
Will never go back again. I do not recommend it.
Will be the next failed restaurant due purely to poor management.
