We have not been here since covid because the standards dropped so badly. I am glad to say we had great Dim Sum this lunchtime.Steamed cake, spring rolls, egg white dumplings with extra chilli sauce, peppers stuffed with fish paste, xiao long bao.The xiao long bao was not perfect due to slightly thick pastry but for me was a good 9/10. Everything else was close to perfect like it used to be before covid.My wife and her friend were happy enough to stay for 2 extra dishes after the first lot.
